| Mirabella is the capital city of Victoria. It was created and named by ex-prime minister [[wikipedia:Grace_Mirabella|Grace Mirabella]]. She was in 1973 a former [[wikipedia:Vogue_(magazine)|Vogue]] editor in chief, in partnership with Rupert Murdoch. In the 1960s was the first prime minister [[wikipedia:Diana_Vreeland|Diana Vreeland]], editor-in-chief and personality of Vogue. She was named to the ''“International Best Dressed List Hall of Fame”'' in 1964.
