OSC Congratulations: 50 Editions of the Outernatia Song Contest will be a television programme organised by the Outernatian Broadcasting Union (OBU) to commemorate the Outernatia Song Contest's fiftieth anniversary and to determine the Contest's most popular entrant of its fifty editions. Bidding process

The bidding process to host the second Congratulations contest was officially launched on 21st July 2018 and 3 broadcasters announced their intentions to bid: [1]

After the votes were cast and counted, it is revealed that Lettuce and Gandhara have won the right to host the Congratulations. Their respective broadcasters, LBC and RTG will work together as a team to make the second Congratulations edition a success.
