Voting system 10 favourites are awarded 12, 10, then 8 through 1 points by all participants.

OSC Congratulations: 50 Editions of the Outernatia Song Contest will be a television programme organised by the Outernatian Broadcasting Union (OBU) to commemorate the Outernatia Song Contest's fiftieth anniversary and to determine the Contest's most popular entrant of its fifty editions. The winning bid was announced by the OBU on 14 August 2018. The format of contest, as well as participating countries will be announced by the hosts broadcasters.

Bidding process

The bidding process to host the second Congratulations contest was officially launched on 21st July 2018 and 3 broadcasters announced their intentions to bid: [1]

After the votes were cast and counted, it is revealed that Lettuce and Gandhara have won the right to host the Congratulations. Their respective broadcasters, LBC and RTG will work together as a team to make the second Congratulations edition a success.
