Average scores by the draw spot

I will probably move the table somewhere else, once I've added some wording and found the rightful wiki page for it.
I'm planning to divide the scores for each draw spot of the edition with the amount of voters, but we'll see when I'm gonna have the energy for that.

Explanation

Comb = Combined
ISC = Internatia Song Contest
OSC = Outernatia Song Contest

a = Events with at least 19 countries competing in:
ISC 2-103 finals; ISC 9-103 semis;
OSC 9-78 finals; OSC 38-41, 43, 45-46, 48, 50, 56 semis + 23SF1 + 27SF1 + 44SF2 + 52SF2

b = Only finals of the editions where are semi-finals:
ISC 8-103 finals;
OSC 13, 15-17, 19-34, 36-69, 71-78 finals

For the events with even number of competitors, average score of two middle-most spots is counted as the score of the middle-most spot of the event.
