Victoria is located in west Outernatia. It has a population of 67,230,000 inhabitants otherwise known as “Victorians”. The main colour of this country are pink, and the national languages are Dutch, Flemish and French. It has for now one neighbour Polland, to the north. Victoria is known as "Outernatia's fashionista" because of the fashion industry power broker, Anna Wintour. It has many successful fashion producers and there is much support for younger designers. They call Victoria also “Outernatia's flavor”, because of the big tastefull bakeries in Beverly Cake.

Beverly Cake

It's sweetness self. You can find the best bakeries of Outernatia there. But it’s not alone cookies and cakes in Beverly Cake land. The most modern woman of Victoria measure each night every body part to make sure that they keep on weight.

The name of the best famous bakery is Monroe, know as a cupcake with seven stars above. Monroe produce the most for abroad. Many Monroe bakeries of Victoria are in other countries, they make a lot of money. The most popular product is of course “Beverly Cake”. It's a Smurfentaart, the official name used in the Flemish language.

Mirabella

Mirabella is the biggest city of Victoria. It was created and named by ex-prime minister Grace Mirabella. She was in 1973 a former Vogue editor in chief, in partnership with Rupert Murdoch. In the 1960s was the first prime minister Diana Vreeland, editor-in-chief and personality of Vogue. She was named to the “International Best Dressed List Hall of Fame” in 1964.

California Beach

This beach is full of hot guys and celebrations. Day and night are people celebrating and enjoying of life.

Brentenburg

A city that have people of Zephyrus from Internatia. Brentenburg are neighbors with Bryantown, they say that they are 'two hands on one belly'. The rich Zephyrus people going on holiday to California Beach. Brentenburg owns the wine cellars of Chic, C'est La Vie. The main TV station of Zephyrus (ZTV) is also published for the community in Brentenburg, so they can follow the shows of Internatia.

Bryantown

A town that have Amika people in it. The rich Amika people have beautiful horses and big competitions. They live close to Wannarica and laugh with the wannabe's. On holiday they go to Chic, C'est La Vie for drink a 'glaasje bubbels'.

With her trademark pageboy bob haircut and dark sunglasses, Wintour has become an important figure in much of the fashion world, widely praised for her eye for fashion trends. Her reportedly aloof and demanding personality has earned her the nickname "Nuclear Wintour".
