Lettuce participated in the Outernatia Song Contest 18. The entry was selected through an internal selection, organised by broadcaster LBC. 2PM represented Lettuce with the korean language song "GO CRAZY!".

At Outernatia

2PM performed 20th in the running order, following DPR Jindalea and preceding Frostfall. At the close of the voting "GO CRAZY!" had received 45 points from 8 countries, placing Lettuce 17th of 21 competing countries.
