The Internatia Song Contest 16 will be the 16th edition of Internatia Second Chance Contest. The contest will take place in Madevra, Hanzyuki, hosted by the national broadcaster TVH, as the winning country Alexandria and runner-up Dulcet Ebullience both turned down hosting, giving hosting rights to 3rd placed Hanzyuki.
Host city and arena
The competition will be held in the Zokhanel Arena in Madevra, Hanzyuki and is the second most famous arena in Hanzyuki (The first one is Zula Arena, located in Zula). Madevra is one 3rd most important city in Hanzyuki. It was choosen to host Internatia Second Chance Contest 16 because, according to Giovanna Munteanu, "the country has more to show for Internatia, besides Zula and fencing". Madevra is located in Southern Hanzyuki and is well known for being the youth city in the country.
