The Internatia Song Contest 17 is the 17th edition of Internatia Second Chance Contest. The contest will take place in Rakvaarja, Irdminia, hosted by the national broadcaster ITVR, following Irdminia's win in the previous edition.
Host city and arena
The competition will be held in the Quantum Arena in Rakvaarja, Irdminia. Rakvaarja is the seventh largest city in Irdminia, and is located in the state of Znchis, near Irdminia's east coast.
