The III Outernatia Cup of Nations was the third edition of the Outernatia Cup of Nations, the football championship of Outernatia (OCAF), that took place in Kimmystan.
Host selection
On 16 August 2016, OCAF announced that Kimmystan was officially elected as host of the third edition of Outernatia Cup of Nations. [1]
Qualification
The qualification process involved eight groups of four countries. The top team from each group qualified, as well as the second placed team along with the best third placed team. The other third placed teamss of the remaining groups played against each other in a play-off on a home-and-away basis and the winner qualified as the last 4 nations for the finals. The following 24 teams qualified for the final tournament:
