The Internatia Second Chance Contest 11 will be the eleventh edition of Internatia Second Chance Contest.

The Irdminian broadcaster, ITVR, refused to host the contest for the second time in a row. Therefore, the rights for hosting the contest went to Aonach, the runners-up of ISSC 10. This is the first ISC-related event hosted in Aonach. The contest will be held in capital and largest city of Aonach, Láirge. For the first time, the contest will take place in Cordvern.

Sixteen countries will participate in this edition. Kaeros Islands, Mukaltin and Nicolas' Neighbour will debut, Kaledonii, Kosma, Luzze and Saint Eva & Lepland decided to return, while Edoriada, H Kim Jong Il's AD Hangug, Stylé, and Tashkveny withdrew from the competition.[1]

On 9 June 2014 Láirge was announced as host city of Internatia Second Chance Contest 11, making it the first capital city to host the Internatia Second Chance Contest.

Láirge is the largest city in the nation, with a population of approximately 3.5 million. It is the largest center of commerce of Aonach and is renowned as a city that still maintains it's cultural roots as well as the ambiance of a vibrant city. It was chosen as the host city of the contest due to it having the most suitable venue for the contest - the Palais de la Musique.

This venue has a capacity of almost 13,000 spectators and is the 5th largest indoor arena in the country.
