Victoria is located in west Outernatia. It has a population of 67,230,000 inhabitants otherwise known as “Victorians”. The main colour of this country are pink, and the national languages are Dutch, Flemish and French. It has for now one neighbour Polland, to the north. Victoria is known as "Outernatia's fashionista" because of the fashion industry power broker, Anna Wintour. It has many successful fashion producers and there is much support for younger designers. They call Victoria also “Outernatia's flavor”, because of the big tastefull bakeries in Beverly Cake.
