RTV is established under a Royal Charter and operates under its Agreement with the Raingatian Parliament. The fee is set by the Raingatian Parliament, agreed by the Prince, and used to fund RTV's extensive radio, TV, and online services covering the regions of Raingate. Around a quarter of RTV revenues come from the selling of RTV programmes and services internationally.
