Winterhold is a province in northern Raingate. The region is characterised by its colder climate due to its low-lying land facing the harsh winds whipping down the mountains of Frostfall in the east. Only the westernmost part of the province towards Cambria and Sunshine Coast becomes more mild. It is led by Zac Efron who is one of Raingate's most popular political figures, particularly with the young voting demographic.
Constituencies
Winterhold is divided into 12 constituencies each run by local authorities which are in turn governed by the Order of Raingate. These local authorities work on local matters within their constituency and serve as intermediaries between the main governmental province leaders.
