Hosting

Bidding process

The bidding process to host the fourth Congratulations contest was officially launched on 2 July 2020. For the first time ever, no bids were submitted to the bidding. This led to a series of events which delayed the contest by a full year.

Hosting attempts

Percheron Percheron – After receiving no bids during the bidding of Congratulations: 100 Editions of the Internatia Song Contest, the Percheroni broadcaster A+ announced their intention to step up and host the contest. However, these plans never moved forward.

Faĺvarak Faĺvarak – KTRF presented a theme and a slogan with the intention to take over the hosting. Nations were already joining and it seemed the contest would start soon, but a date for the show was ultimately never announced.

Host nations

In an effort to revive the contest, the Kharosi broadcaster KATV2 suggested organizing a new bidding. In talks with the other Internatian broadcasters, it was instead decided that Kharó Kharó would host the contest in co-operation with LVTV, the broadcaster of Levië Levië.
