Lettuce participated in the Internatia Song Contest 38, marking its debut in the international contest.

Nneka represented Lettuce at the contest in Ithist, Alteus with the English language song "Heartbeat". The artist and song were selected internally by broadcaster LBC.

At Internatia

Nneka performed twenty fourth on the first semi-final, following Kaministiquia and preceding Spitzenbergen. At the close of the voting "Heartbeat" received 57 points and placed 13th, thus failing to qualify for the final.
