Blackreach is a province in northern Raingate. It is located atop a high-level plateau that clearly separates it from Whiterun and The Vale regions. The region features a high density of Raingate's Asian population. In the capital of Dawnstar in particular, street signs are written in English and Japanese; many Asian restaurants and markets are dotted around the city and Japanese language music is extremely popular throughout the province. The region is led by Yunho Jung who is closely affiliated to the Asian Front political party and is championed as the voice for Raingate's growing Asian minority population.
Constituencies
Blackreach is divided into 8 constituencies each run by local authorities which are in turn governed by the Order of Raingate. These local authorities work on local matters within their constituency and serve as intermediaries between the main governmental province leaders.
