Cylari , officially the Frontier State of Cylari, is a state in the Frónçir region of Spirevo. Cylari borders Eskavaliera, Ursamine and Estaria
Cylari was the first state of Spirevo. Its official nickname is "The Frontier State", a reference to the State's geography, since the state is on a plateau that sits on the border between the ancient Elartic Frontier, now divided between Kwonia and Pebblelenad.
Origin of the name
Cylari takes its name from the first inhabitants, the Cylaric People
Geography
Cylari is the highest Spirevan state and lies mostly on the Cylari plateau.
Climate
In Cylari the weather is mainly dry, and sun is uncommon in the northern parts of the state. Some northern parts stay snow-capped all year long, and snow is frequent in the center of the state.
