The 2013 Do'othyyayliyaen season was the 2nd season of top-tier football in St Olaf. The competition began on 17 March 2013 and ended on 14 December 2013, with a summer break from 16 June to 30 June.
At the end of the season, the two teams who were placed last (Iymenneske and Sindso) were relegated to the 2014 First Division and were replaced with Enby and Skaaswiq for the 2014 Do'othyyayliyaen. The team that finished third last, Mindedel, played a two-legged match against a challenger from the First Division, Yloedmoek. Mindedel won the play-off (1-1 in Yloedmoek and 1-0 in Yavlooven) and retained their spot.
Relegation and promotion to 2014 season
At the end of the season, Iymenneske and Sindso were relegated directly to the First Division, and were replaced by Enby and Skaaswiq who were directly promoted.
Five teams entered a play-off for the last Do'othyyayliyaen spot in the 2014 season. These were:
- A) Mindedel (by virtue of being the 14th placed team in the Do'othyyayliyaen)
- B) Yloedmoek (by virtue of being the third placed team in the First Division)
- C) Lantene (by virtue of being the fourth placed team in the First Division)
- D) Goenvej (by virtue of being the fifth placed team in the First Division)
- E) Mindetid (by virtue of being the sixth placed team in the First Division)
The four First Division teams first played a single game knockout tournament, with the winner (Yloedmoek) advancing to a two-legged tie against the Do'othyyayliyaen team (Mindedel) for the 16th and final spot in the 2014 season. Mindedel retained their Do'othyyayliyaen spot with an aggregate 2-1 win over Yloedmoek.

Teams
The teams ending the 2012 season in the bottom two places of the table were relegated to the 2013 Norwegian First Division. Enby finished in last place, and was relegated. Skaaswiq joined them in relegation as well as Aedesex which lost a relegation/promotion playoff to Iymenneske.
Ull as 2012 First Division winners and runners-up Wiehe were directly promoted at the end of the season. Iymenneske joined them after beating Aedesex in a relegation/promotion playoff.
