[[Kimmystan]] made their debut in the [[Internatia Song Contest]]  in the [[Internatia Song Contest 43]] in [[Ankhesenamun]], [[Noxus]]. Their debut entry was selected internally by the local broadcaster and they chose Evelina ft. Mikael Gabriel with the song Honey to be the first Kimmystanian entry. They achieved a 16th place in the semi-final, therefore failing to qualify for the final.  For the  [[Internatia Song Contest 44|44th]] edition, the broadcaster chose Alan Walker to represent Kimmystan in the contest with the hit song Faded. After an exciting final results show, Kimmystan finished at the top of the scoreboard and manage to give Kimmystan their first victory in the contest, and this was only their 2nd entry in the contest.  The victory gave Kimmystan the rights to host the [[Internatia Song Contest 46|46th]]  edition, and they used the local national selection [[Kimmystan in the Internatia Song Contest 46|Kimmystan NF]] to select the entry. The song which placed 2nd in the 6th round of Kimmystan NF was Home performed by Vlaho and earned the rights to represent Kimmystan on home soil. He managed to make his country proud and finished 8th in the final.

In [[Internatia Song Contest 47]] Kimmystan selected Allie X to be their representative, and she managed to give Kimmystan another 10 placing in the contest. Kimmystan got their 2nd best result in the [[Internatia Song Contest 48|48th]] edition with the song Lay It On Me performed by Ina Wroldsen & Broiler, who finished 3rd in the final. This song also represented Kimmystan in the [[Congratulations: 50 Editions of the Internatia Song Contest]], where it finished on a 5th place.
Kimmystan has won the contest six times since its debut. They won the contest in [[ISC 44]], [[ISC 64]], [[ISC 107]], [[ISC 122]], [[ISC 146]] and [[ISC 159]]. They hosted the contest in [[ISC 46]], [[ISC 66]], [[ISC 109]], [[ISC 124]], [[ISC 148]] and [[ISC 161]]. Since [[ISC 104]] until [[ISC 114]] the country of Leshia has been helping Kimmystan selecting entries and voting as a part of the Kimmystan jury in the final during their time on the waiting list to return to the contest.
 
For the [[Internatia Song Contest 49|49th]] edition, Kimmystan tried something different and sent NEEV to the contest, however he failed to qualify to the final. The following edition they sent the local webcam girl, Julia to the contest and she manage to bring Kimmystan back to the final and finished 16th in the final. Helene Bøksle competed with her touching song Bifröst in the 51st edition, where she finished 6th and brought Kimmystan back into the top 10. Lea Castel was originally set to compete in the 52nd edition, but in the end she chose to represent Sunetti instead of Kimmystan.

Kimmystan made its debut in the Internatia Song Contest in the Internatia Song Contest 43 in Ankhesenamun, Noxus.

Kimmystan has won the contest six times since its debut. They won the contest in ISC 44, ISC 64, ISC 107, ISC 122, ISC 146 and ISC 159. They hosted the contest in ISC 46, ISC 66, ISC 109, ISC 124, ISC 148 and ISC 161. Since ISC 104 until ISC 114 the country of Leshia has been helping Kimmystan selecting entries and voting as a part of the Kimmystan jury in the final during their time on the waiting list to return to the contest.
