Lettuce participated in the Outernatia Song Contest 4 in Apsolękh, Ponásikwa. Their entry was selected through the national final Be Our Star, organised by the Lettucian broadcaster Lettuce Broadcasting Corporation (LBC).
Perfume won the national final and represented Lettuce with the japanese language song "Spring of Life".
