The Outernatia Song Contest 28 will be the 28th edition of Outernatia Song Contest, a spinoff of Internatia Song Contest dedicated to countries located in Outernatia. The will be organized in Alteus by their local broadcaster BovineTV for the third time in the history of the contest, after Alteus won the rights to host the contest after winning the 26th edition with the hit song "Cry Wolf" sung by Luna Shadows.
