Hulara is a federal state in eastern Tikata. The capital city is Avrio. The state was formed through the merger of the historic duchies of Hundra and Lara.
Hulara is the fourth largest Tikatan state by area, and the third least densely populated. The coastline of the Cold Sea feature many holiday resorts and unspoilt nature. Three of Tikata's national parks are in Hulara, in addition to several hundred nature conservation areas.
Major cities include Cundere Sul, Avrio, Namileto, Gibrete, Escado and Joilde.
The University of Avrio (est. 1419) and the University of Namileto (est. 1456) are amongst the oldest in Internatia.
