Rosetown is the capital and largest city of Pebbleland, and the regional capital of Newmeadow. The population of the city's metropolitan area is around 7.3 million, making it one the largest cities in Internatia.
It is located at the confluence of the Herne and Lynn rivers, which made Rosetown a prosperous port city in the 19th century. Rosetown is also the political, economic and cultural centre of Pebbleland.
