Victor Minibaev (born 1991 as Victoria Pussypayeva) is the wife of the President of Kosma, Ilya Zakharov.
Known as male until 10 April 2013 when she came out as a woman, she wrote in her statement:
I'm a proud vagina owner and I will no longer try to hide it!

On 28 April 2013 Pussypayeva was forced to leave Kosma. The next day she received asylum in Tikata, her birth country.
