It was thought that ARTVC would pick the entry internally for the edition after seemingly stating that was the case when they announced Mimoza as the entrant for 42. However, the broadcaster changed their minds and GASCA (Grand Asankoni Song Contest Awards) has made it's return. 6 entries that have won prizes across the country were selected for the national final.

Asankon will participate in the Outernatia Song Contest 43 in Kosma. The entrant and entry will be selected via GASCA, Asankon's national final for the Outernatia Song Contest.

GASCA for OSC 43

It was thought that ARTVC would pick the entry internally for the edition after seemingly stating that was the case when they announced Mimoza as the entrant for 42. However, the broadcaster changed their minds and GASCA (Grand Asankoni Song Contest Awards) has made it's return. 6 entries that have won prizes across the country were selected for the national final. The final was won by the Japanese girlband, Faky (sometimes stylised as FAKY) with their latest single "Suga Sweet" (sometimes stylised as "SUGA SWEET").
