OSC Congratulations: 50 Editions of the Outernatia Song Contest will be a television programme organised by the Outernatian Broadcasting Union (OBU) to commemorate the Outernatia Song Contest's fiftieth anniversary and to determine the Contest's most popular entrant of its fifty editions.

The bidding process to host the first Congratulations contest was officially launched on 1 August 2018 and 5 broadcasters announced their intentions to bid:
