Lettuce participated in the Outernatia Song Contest 13 in Pomar, RC Laranjeiras. Their entry was selected through the national final Be Our Star, organised by the Lettucian broadcaster Lettuce Broadcasting Corporation (LBC).
Manzura won the national final and represented Lettuce with the uzbek language song "Borsan".
Be Our Star
Be Our Star is a song contest that was served as Lettuce's national final to select their entry for the Outernatia Song Contest 13. The competition was held on 20 July 2015 in Hugo Chávez City.
Competing entries
Ten acts competed in the national final. The competing songs and artists were announced on 17 June.[1] The winning song was decided by 13 professional juries from different countries including Lettuce, Gandhara, Republica Libera, Kimmystan, Dulcet Ebullience, Huania, Monteverde, Zelmerlöwia, Dvipantara, Porielana, RC Laranjeiras, Lost Islands and Aurävaan.

At Outernatia
Manzura performed 12th in the running order in the Second Semi-final, following Ponásikwa and preceding Waticania. This was the first time ever that the country took part in an edition with semi-finals. During the qualifiers show Lettuce was announced as the fifth qualifier and therefor they managed to qualify for the first time.
In the Final, Manzura performed last in the running order, only preceding Fierce. At the close of the voting "Borsan" had received 82 points from 17 countries and the International Jury, placing Lettuce 10th of 21 competing countries.
