St Olaf is making its first appearance at Internatia Song Contest 26, after meeting the contest criteria. On 30 July 2014 St Olaf chose Luca Vasta to represent the country with the song "Sometimes You're Right".

On 30 July 2014 it became apparent during the voting of Internatia Song Contest 25 that St Olaf would fulfil the contest criteria for the upcoming edition. Luca Vasta was selected with the song "Sometimes You're Right", with the application finalised on 31 July 2014.
