The Junior Internatia Song Contest 28 was the 28th edition of the Junior Internatia Song Contest. It took place at the Silver Center in Mendiko, Tikata, following Kids United's win in the 27th edition with the song "Qui a le droit". The contest was held from 17 November 2016 to 4 december 2004and was hosted by Mähri Pirgulyýewa.
