The Junior Internatia Song Contest 21 is the 21st edition of Junior Internatia Song Contest. The contest takes place in Fjordvika, Kimmystan and is hosted by the national broadcaster KTV. This is the 2nd time that Kimmystan hosts this contest and the reason they are hosting it is because they won the JISC 20 held in Alteus with the song "On Ecrit Sur Les Murs" sung by Les Kids United.

Location
On 14 January 2016, KimmyTV announced that it had chosen Fjordvika as the host city for the contest. The contest will be held held at the Fjordvika Arena which has an overall capacity of approximately 12,500 people.

Fjordvika is the 2nd biggest city in the Gropa region in southern part of Kimmystan
This is the first time that the city is hosting the Junior Internatia Song Contest.
Presenter
On 25 January 2016 KTV announced that Sandra Lyng would be the hostess of the contest. She is known for being the leader of the Vestlig region and for her stunning music and work with children throughout Kimmystan.
