The Internatia Theme Contest 13 was the 13th edition of Internatia Theme Contest, a spin-off of Internatia Song Contest in which each edition has a different theme and rules. The contest was organized in Mărium by ERIS after Hevisaurus won the 12th edition with "Liskodisko".
