National Final
Two artists were selected to participate in the national final: Estonian representative in Eurovision Song Contest 2013, Birgit Õigemeel, and former Leplandian representative in Internatia Song Contest 2, Matt Dusk.
The national final was broadcast in nine Internatian countries in addition to Saint Eva & Lepland; some aired the national final live, while others broadcast on a tape delay. All nine countries voted, awarding 4 points to their favourite song, 3 points to their next favourite, and so on. Birgit Õigemeel won the festival, with the song "Olen loodud rändama". The same song won the Leplandian jury vote, which would have been used in the case of an exact tie, technical issues with the voting, or other extraordinary circumstances.
This is Saint Eva & Lepland's third non-English entry, following two Dutch-language participations in ISC 8 and ISC 13.
