National Final

SealTV continued with the duel system. Initially it was announced that the duel system would be temporarily retired for ISC 20 and return for ISC 21; however, this ended up being the last time it was used.

The song that won would represent Saint Eva & Lepland at ISC 19. Five countries voted in the third duel; once again Saint Eva & Lepland's vote did not count towards the final result, but would instead be used as a tiebreaker if necessary.
