For the second time, Saint Eva & Lepland held Island Voices as its national final to select their song for the Internatia Song Contest. The rules were the same as for the first edition of Island Voices; ten artists from foreign countries were asked to present a song from their existing repertoire to win the chance to represent Saint Eva & Lepland, with two runner-ups receiving a wildcard to the next edition of Island Voices. In addition to Saint Eva & Lepland, the national final was broadcast in Dulcet Ebullience, San Monique, Sibinia, Sunetti, and Tikata. Hayley Westenra and Marcin Mroziński both received the highest total of 49 points; upon countback, Marcin Mroziński won the national final with two sets of 12 points and one set of 10 points, whereas Hayley Westenra also received two sets of 12 points but no sets of 10 points.
