Hosting
Saint Eva & Lepland hosted the contest, after their victory in ISC 7 with Kristina singing "Life is a Game". This was also the last time that SBC broadcast the contest; the expense of hosting the contest, as well as the settlement with The Walt Disney Company following the ISC 8 NF, forced SBC to privatise which excluded them from IBU membership. SealTV took over as the national broadcaster for ISC 10.
