Background

Originally SealTV announced an internal selection of Birgit Õigemeel with the song "Nii täiuslik see", however the entry was later postponed; first to ISC 17, and then to participate in the ISC 20 NF where it placed 2nd. "Nii täiuslik see" also represented Saint Eva & Lepland in ISCC 14, where it placed 6th.
