Alteus Hating Bloc (originally Alteusian Voting Bloc) is a joint national selection between the broadcasters from 
Alteus, 
Auspikitan, 
Kaministiquia, 
Kimmystan, 
Ponásikwa, and 
Sunetti where they periodically select their entries for the Internatia Song Contest, and often the Outernatia Song Contest as well.
The second edition was also hosted as Unity Fest 5.

Winners
The winner of the national selection will receive a big prize and tons of money from the local broadcaster. The highest ranked song from each nation will represent their nation in the Internatia Song Contest.
