GLTV & GrolSat agreed that since 2016, every Grolskiric region is supposed to choose an entry. However, only 11 of them exist, including outer sea islands. So to make more appropriate solution to everything, Molleener & Belle's separate parts will choose an entry separately, which makes up 12.
The year will begin with Resukomela state choosing an entry for Grolskira in ISC 43. Plans are 100% for internal selection of both song and singer.
