Grolskira participated in the second edition of Internatia Song Contest. They internally chose Kylie Minogue to perform for them in ISC 2 with "Timebomb". The song was chosen in Lakmosoja Y Lakma 2.

Before ISC

After a long time of absence, ISC has been revived by Spirevo and SNTV in order to remind everyone in Internatia that their music competition is obviously important. Thrilled by the idea, Grolskiric people voted for a new flag, has moved into a different territory and Obena Febriela, HoD Grolskira, chose an artist internally for Grolskira to compete in what was thought would be the 3rd edition of ISC after ISC 2 did not happen, but somehow it managed to happen because of a small error. ISC was successfully held onto its new life again after a disastrous attempt to bring ISC back to life by one of most loved/hated Grolskiric ex-colonies Nygirvicka.

After ISC

The song "Can't Get You Out Of My Head" was chosen to be performed in Lakmosoja Y Lakma Bests, which was 10th edition, meaning that this song received second chance to appear in ISC. However, Puntíkov has claimed to send this song to ISC 31, so this was probably the reason why this song did poorly in Lakmosoja Y Lakma 10. But Puntíkov did not participate in ISC since ISC 22, so that's why many of their pre-booked songs, including "Can't Get You Out Of My Head", were not sent to ISC afterwards.
