The North Internatia Treaty Organization is an intergovernmental military alliance The organization constitutes a system of collective defence whereby its member states agree to mutual defense in response to an attack by any external party. NITRO's headquarters are in Haven City, Haven, one of the member states across Internatia. Every country is welcome to join the alliance.
