After two unsuccessful internal selections, Saint Eva & Lepland once again held Island Voices as its national final to select their song for the Internatia Song Contest. Six artists from foreign countries were asked to present a song from their existing repertoire to win the chance to represent Saint Eva & Lepland, as opposed to ten artists in the first two editions of Island Voices. Additionally, the two wildcards to the next edition of Island Voices were removed.
In addition to Saint Eva & Lepland, Island Voices was broadcast in Dulcet Ebullience, Kosma, Novatlantida, San Monique, Spirevo, Sunetti, Tikata, and Tonallán.

As of ISCC 23, two of the songs from the national final have competed in the Internatia Second Chance Contest:
Saint Eva & Lepland won the contest with Kristina's "Life is a Game", which scored 128 points (a record score at the time). "Life is a Game" hit #1 in the charts of several Internatian countries, including Saint Eva & Lepland.
The viewing figures showed that 70 000 people watched the contest. This was over half of Saint Eva & Lepland's population at the time, and holds the record for the highest amount of viewers of any television program in Saint Eva & Lepland.
