Visitors to Gandhara must obtain a visa from one of the Gandhari diplomatic missions unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries.
Citizens of member states of the Union of Sovereign States are exempt from visa. As the countries share a common history, citizens of Lettuce are granted visa free access to Gandhara for an unlimited period. The Treaty of Vola grants citizens of Gandhara and Lettuce free movement across the borders that the states share in common.
Visa free access has also been granted to citizens of Bitland, Bubblique, Chruno, Folkloria, Frostfall, Grolskira, Irdminia, Kosma, the Land of Jhe Freeh, Laranjeiras, the Lost Islands, Ponásikwa, Raingate, Thorway, Tikata, and Victoria.
