Asankon won the Outernatia Song Contest 42 in Alteus with the song "Big Girls" by Kosovar Singer, Mimoza.

Before the Contest

Shortly before the results of the Outernatia Song Contest 41 were announced, ARTVC had posted a teaser on their official forum thread as the artist is very unknown to Outernatia. It was later revealed the woman in the teaser was Kosovar singer Mimoza and that she would represent Asankon in Alteus.

At OSC 42

Semi-finals

Asankon was drawn to perform in position 15 between the songs of Bartlett and Shoux Flad. Asankon placed second in the semi final with 79 points due to the disqualification of the Lost Islands. Additionally, the song came first with International Juries. This is Asankon's best semi final placing ever.

Finals

Asankon has been drawn to open the show by performing in position 1 preceding Grolskira. Asankon won the final beating Grolskira by just 1 point with 144 points. This is Asankon's first ever win and of course best result to date.
