Raingate participated in the Outernatia Song Contest 21 in Basnarke, Grolskira. Their entry was selected through the national final M FEST, organised by the Raingatian broadcaster RGTV. 5 Seconds of Summer represented Raingate with the song "Jet Black Heart" after placing first in M FEST 6 with 66 points.
