Aonach made their debut in the 3rd Edition of the Internatia Second Chance Contest. The entrant is chosen from the national final called AonachFest, which is used to select the ISC representative.
Aonach have participated in each contest since their debut. Only one of their entries have finished outside of the top 10, that being "Net" by Polina Gagarina. They have obtained the runner-up position three times in succession, in the 9th Edition, as well as in the following contest in Irdminia and in the contest hosted in Aonach. Due to the 2nd place obtained by Myahri, RTVRA will host the 11th Edition in Láirge, the first time an ISC-related event will be hosted in Aonach.
Aonach followed up their successful run at the contest by winning the 13th Edition in Sunetti. This meant that the 14th Edition was hosted in Aonach once again. The host nation managed to achieve another 2nd place in the home contest.
