Aonach participated in the Internatia Song Contest 18 in Astrée, Kosma. They selected their song through a joint national final with Grolskira, called Aonachskira Fest, organised by RTVRA and GLTV. Katya Savelyeva was selected as the Aonachian representative with the song "Raskololos Nadvoe". She was eliminated in the first semi-final, Aonach's first non-qualification in the contest.
Aonachskira Fest
On 16 September 2013, RTVRA agreed with RTVRA[1] to co-host Aonachskira Fest, a joint national final. Entries for both of the countries were confirmed via the thread of Grolskira.
The voting period for the other countries began on the 16 October 2013, where Internatian countries were welcomed to vote and decide the best entry for both Aonach and Grolskira.
The results show was broadcasted live both via GLTV and RTVRA on November 10 2013. The hosts of the show were Saint Lu and Shy'm.

Controversies
Neither GLTV nor RTVRA allowed their televoters to vote for their own nation's entries. Still, RTVRA allowed the population of Aonach to hold an SMS vote which would be used in the case of an emergency regarding the voting situation. The overwhelming favourite of the Aonachian public was Rosela Gjylbegu and her song "Parfundesi". She obtained over half of the votes from the Aonachian public, and only finished 5th in the overall results, allowing Katya Savelyeva to win the selection.
Katya Savelyeva brought Aonach its worst result at the contest by far, and its first non-qualification. The complete lack of support at home was echoed from Internatia, and RTVRA received a large number of complaints at the weakness of the selection, from the watchdog company Aonsted. LáirgePost, the country's largest and most popular newspaper, accused the broadcaster of putting very little effort into asking big names to compete, as well as criticising the unusual voting system in place. There were also protests at RTVRA's favouritism towards Savelyeva (her song was heavily advertised on TV and radio compared to the other three), as well as the lack of effort put into the staging of the song in Kosma.
At ISC
This national final resulted in rather disappointing places for RTVRA's choices in the national final itself, as well as the choice of the Aonachian public (Rosela Gjylbegu) being defeated by Katya Savylyeva. After all of this, the event resulted in a disaster for RTVRA, as well as public humiliation - 18th place in the first semi-final in Kosma, as well as the first non-qualification for Aonach.
