The Internatia Song Contest 63 was the 63rd monthly edition of Internatia Song Contest. The contest took place in Soldini, Porielana, after their victory in Internatia Song Contest 61 with the song "Gypsy" (Catch Me If You Can)", performed by Norda & Mika De Ville ft. Joanna Jones.

Pots

Victoria was supposed to be in Pot 3 but withdrew from this edition unexpectedly. Waticania replaced Chimeria in Pot 2 who withdrew permanently from ISC.

The host nation, Porielana (Pot 3), was exempt from the draw.
