| Voting system | Each country's 10 favourite songs are awarded 12, 10, then 8 through to 1 points based on the votes of the population of each country. All participating countries in the semi-finals and final will have the right to cast points in the final. |
The Internatia Song Contest 154 is the 154th monthly edition of Internatia Song Contest. The contest is held in Vuirai, Valdron; after the country achieved its first win in the contest's 152nd edition with Lou-Adriane Cassidy and her song "Dis-moi dis-moi dis-moi".
Pots
All of the participating countries were split into five pots, based on the voting history of those countries in previous editions. From these pots, half (or as close to half as was possible) competed in the first semi-final. The other half in that particular pot competed in the second semi-final.
The host nation Valdron (Pot 1) was exempt from the semifinal draw.
The pots were drawn by the broadcaster of 
Percheron, A+, because there were new countries and returns going in and out of ISC after the last pots draw happened for the 147th edition by 
Enot'ebia, RME, as their last hurrah before withdrawing not long before then. Every country that entered ISC after ISC 153 could only replace the roster members for whom ISC 153 was their last for a time being or ever. This would make Aevis, Ladoga and Nickymania to assume the places of Dulcet Ebullience (Pot 4), Noxus (Pot 3) and Pönö (Pot 2) for the pot sorting ordeals for the actual current show. The pots were as follows:
