Pebbleland's entry to the 21st Internatia Song Contest was selected via the Pebblesong Festival. The winner was Nicole Sabouné with "Win This Life". They competed in the first semi-final where they won the semi-final for the first time in their history, and finished 4th in the final with 132 points, making it the second top 5 result in Pebbleland's history in the contest.

For ISC 21, PBC decided to expand the usual format of the Pebblesong Festival to included 3 semi-finals, with two from each progressing to the final.
