The theme of this edition is few of the female Holy Rulers of ISC nations gathering together for a national selection to choose their entries. It was planned to be a thing in the future but lack of nations seemed to look positive for response until some months ago, when ZZTV and SBC agreed to take part in one more Modern Music Festival that will happen.
